Fill in the entry form and include a copy of the father's death certificate, birth certificate, school report book and health card (from school).
Mother / guardian and child will be called for interview.
If selected, the management gives a letter of admission and letter to the headmaster of the original school. The school will provide a letter of exchange for the mother / guardian.
The exchange letter from the old school of 4 copies should be given to us for us to manage the exchange with the Federal Territory Ministry of Education.
Upon approval from the Ministry of Education, we will issue a letter for registration of entry to this hostel.
Mother / guardian is asked to bring daily clothes, daily necessities (if available) and existing school uniform.
